DISTANCE SALES CONTRACT

This Distance Selling Agreement is valid for all distance selling transactions carried out through Cemilee ( www .cemilee .com ). The agreement determines the rights and obligations between the seller and the buyer.

1. PARTIES
This contract is made between the buyer and seller whose information is given below:

2. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the Buyer's online shopping from Cemilee.

3. PRODUCTS SUBJECT TO THE CONTRACT
The product/products ordered by the Buyer are the products specified in the product descriptions and prices on the Cemilee website and in the order form. The ordered products are considered as an annex to this contract.

4. DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT
The seller will deliver the products to the cargo company within 3 business days at the latest after the payment process is completed. The product will be sent to the delivery address specified by the buyer via the specified cargo company.

5. PRICE AND PAYMENT

• The total sales price of the products will be notified to the buyer at the time of order confirmation.
• The buyer can make the payment by credit card, debit card or other payment methods.
• Shipping costs are not included in the prices of the products. However, shipping costs are free for all orders.

6. RETURN AND EXCHANGE
Due to hygiene rules, underwear products in Turkey cannot be returned or exchanged . However, if the product is delivered faulty or damaged, the buyer must contact the seller within 7 days at the latest.

7. COMPETENT COURT
In disputes that may arise from this contract, the laws of the Republic of Türkiye will be applied and Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.

8. PRIVACY POLICY
The seller collects, processes and stores the buyer's personal information only within the legal framework. The buyer accepts the provisions of the seller's Privacy Policy. For more information about the privacy policy, you can review our privacy policy .

9. CONTRACT CHANGES
The Seller has the right to change this contract without prior notice. Any changes will be valid from the moment they are published on the Cemilee website.

10. ENFORCEMENT
This contract comes into force with the confirmation of the order by the buyer.

• He/she has read all the features of the product he/she ordered,
• The prices of the products are correct and
• Declares that he/she accepts the return and exchange conditions.
